PANAYOTIS M. BERNITSAS, Managing Partner, Head of Telecommunications and Media Department and Joint Head of the Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Department
Panayotis has been the Managing Partner of the firm since 1984. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1974, having graduated from the University of Athens Law School followed by the University of Paris where he obtained a D.E.S. in Public Law and the University of Thessaloniki where he obtained his P.h.D. Panayotis also attended the Hague International Law Academy and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London as part of his studies. Panayotis was subsequently admitted to the Athens Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Greece and is currently an Associate Professor of International Economic Law, the Law of International Business Transactions and European Community Law at the University of Thrace. He is authorised to appear before the European Patent Office and has acted as arbitrator in various arbitrations held at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Yannis joined the firm in 1983. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1972 having attended the University of Athens Law School. He subsequently obtained a Diplome at the Faculty for Comparative Law in Strasbourg and is admitted to the Athens Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Greece.

DOMNIKI D. MIRASYESI, Head of Human Rights Department
Domniki has been with the firm since 1986. She obtained a distinction at the University of Athens Law School and then attended the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she obtained an LL.M. in European Community Law. Domniki was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1986 and subsequently to the Athens Court of Appeals.

Augustine joined the firm in 1992. She attended the University of Athens Law School, followed by the Universite Libre de Bruxelles where she obtained a Licence Speciale in European Community Law. From March - August 1991 she completed a stage with the “Legal Service” of the Commission of the European Community in Brussels. Augustine was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1991 and subsequently to the Court of Appeals.

Athanasia has been with the firm since the beginning of 2001. She attended the University of Athens Law School, followed by the University of London (External Programme), where she obtained her LL.M. in European Internal Market, Comparative Conflict of Laws, Law of Restitution and Jurisprudence and Legal Theory. Athanasia was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1989 and subsequently to the Athens Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Greece. Prior to joining the firm, Athanasia worked at the Commercial Bank of Greece S.A. where she was head of the International Legal Department.
